/purpletrac/v1/otherassociations

Retrieves the P&I Club (Protection and Indemnity Club) association and sanction-screening result for a screening transaction: the P&I Club a vessel is associated with (or "Unknown" if it couldn't be identified), its calculated severity, and any sanctions matched against that P&I Club company.

Requires the optional PANDI_CLUB_SCREENING feature to be enabled for the account, and the transaction must have opted into P&I Club screening ("pandi_club": true on the prior POST /registration call). If either condition is not met, the response is a normal 200 OK with an empty objects list, which is not an error and not a 404.
