CustomZoneRequest - Pole Star Developer Portal

Payload for creating or editing a custom zone. custom_type selects which geometry block is read; the other is ignored. On an edit, account_id must match the existing zone's (otherwise 409) and custom_type cannot be switched (otherwise 400).
