/fleet-management/v2/fleets/{fleet_id}

Rename a fleet, change its description, and add or remove vessels, all
in one call. There is no separate vessel endpoint: add_imo and
remove_imo go in the same PUT body as name and description.

At least one of name, description, add_imo and remove_imo must
be supplied, or the request is rejected with 422. No IMO may appear in
both lists. A fleet cannot be emptied through this operation; to remove
its last vessel, delete the fleet.

Authenticates with your API key in the api-key request header.
