Delete Zone & Port Notification Subscription

DELETE

/notifications/v1/zones-and-ports/{id}

Remove the subscription from the account. This also removes every
notification that was generated from these settings.

To stop delivery but keep the notifications already generated, use the
PUT method to deactivate the subscription instead.

Part of both Port & Trade and Domain & Fleet.
