VesselFilterRequestDTO

Which vessel events the subscription notifies on, keyed by event type. Include a key to enable and configure that event type; event types left out are not notified. Each value repeats its key in type (for example "ports": {"type": "ports", ...}), which selects the shape of that filter. An empty filters object enables zones and ports with no further restriction.
